"However wanted to check at the time of the booking regarding the pick up place and you did not reply. I wrote it in the remarks/comments section at the time of the booking and received no reply. The pick up spot was next to Twickenham stadium one hour later that a rugby match finished so was not sure of the driver would be able to arrive to the pick up spot; which in the end he was not able to do so so we needed to walk to find him. This could have been avoided by you reading my comments/remarks and taking a more proactive approach. Still the driver called my and we were able to coordinate and it all worked fine.

"Very good service. I booked the car for 9.00 pm to go back home from Heathrow airport. I finished my business earlier so I called your office to change the time of my return journey. Your office told me that it wasn't a problem and that they will sent me another car within half hour to take me back home. Both drivers and receptionists were very polite and professionals. Great company to deal with. Will use you again. "
