"Our flight was delayed an hour but the driver waited and the dispatch person was in constant communication with us to confirm when we came through customs and baggage claim. We had to pay an extra parking fee but it was nominal. The driver was excellent. Very personable, pleasant and professional. We had an excellent experience."
