"The driver was amazing but the people you call for queries were a nightmare. After a very long day we realised we had booked the cab for far too late. We called at 10 to see if we could get collected at 11. We were told no outright and were told we would lose our money if we cancelled. At this point we could have got an uber for half the price. It ruined the end of our party as we were all so so tired. We kept calling until it was agreed we could be collected an hour earlier. As I said the driver was amazing but the company are shocking. "
