"However wanted to check at the time of the booking regarding the pick up place and you did not reply. I wrote it in the remarks/comments section at the time of the booking and received no reply. The pick up spot was next to Twickenham stadium one hour later that a rugby match finished so was not sure of the driver would be able to arrive to the pick up spot; which in the end he was not able to do so so we needed to walk to find him. This could have been avoided by you reading my comments/remarks and taking a more proactive approach. Still the driver called my and we were able to coordinate and it all worked fine.
