"When I rang to say the train was running 10 minutes late, they said that they don’t send anyone unless you ring to confirm the booking - this was despite having an accepted booking email. They were very rude and abrupt to me. The confirmation email didn’t say that I needed to confirm, it said it was booked. "

Driver told me to wait in same place where I was dropped off and he'd be there at 5.30. I arrived 5.30 on the dot, but he was not there so I had to phone the company who then dispatched him - he was 20 mins late, but no major issue - generally pleased"
