"The driver did a good job and was on time, however, I expected to be met at the exit of the terminal with a sign with my name. According to taxi code, I was to be met and greeted at the arrivals area, and the description shows a picture of someone holding a sign with a name on it. The driver apparently messaged me on WhatsApp, but I did not receive it. I only was able to find him when he called on WhatsApp. I handed the driver a tip in cash."

"Was skeptical after reading all negative feedbacks and I believe many people have had a negative experience but my ride was great! Booked it, paid, received a confirmation. After about an hour or so a driver has been assigned. Shortly after the driver got in touch by txt mssg to confirm and provide details of the vehicle and reg number. On the morning turned up 10min early and gave me a ring. Pleasant journey and general experience. "
