"Fed up with Uber and Addison Lee. They regularly have no drivers in the area and Uber simply cancel pre-booked trips saying there is no driver available on the day. (Its not my rating as that's really good) I have booked the day before to ensure I get to an appointment on time only to find out 10 minutes before the taxi is due that there are no drivers leaving me in a panic over missing an appointment.
I will use Taxicode from now on as the pre-booked service worked, I received confirmation and the driver was 10 minutes early. "
