"Driver SMS’d me to meet him on level 1, but didn’t specify it was Car Park level 1, not Terminal level 1, so there was some confusion there. Driver seemed quite tired and needed to stop for coffee & water, and there was some wavering about the motorway lanes. Overall it was a good journey, but a little concerned for your driver’s return trip!"
