"I would not book again in this company and I would not recommend it to anyone. The service was terrible, we asked for a taxi because it was early in the morning and it took 45 minutes to arrive, 45 minutes we were waiting at the airport. The driver, did not know how to pay the parking ticket I had to explain how it was done, once we got to the car we had to put the luggage in the trunk, the car smelled bad, the glass fogged and the driver did not know how to defog it What I didn't have enough visibility, the driving was the worst I've seen in my life and if that were not enough, the driver screamed and honked the other drivers. The experience was really scary."

"The only problem I see with this is when I select a car based on people (we had 2 adults and 1 child) both our drivers complained about how big our luggage was and asked for more money. I am not happy with having them ask for money because we have suitcases. It all fit in the car and should not have been an issue. If we and our luggage fit into the car we should NOT be asked to pay more. Complete bullshit to do this to travelers. "

"I booked a cab before 6:00 am and I realized that I spelled my wrong email, so I booked another one! I got the email with the details and then it showed that my driver would come only at 6:54am, what was far too late for me to reach the Airport! I tried to call your Office, but it was closed. I tried many ways to contact and make the cancellation of my booking! I’ve been charged twice for a service that I didn’t use! I asked the driver to cancel and he didn’t have any idea how to do it! I almost lost my flight! Bad, reallly bad company! I hope I can have my refund ASAP! Otherwise I will take further actions!!!!"

"The driver made us walk to the car park spaces to meet him, where he himself was unsure of location. And once arrived to our location, he requested extra money because stated we were late. I noted in the policy the driver had 30 minutes waiting time included. If he met us in the airport, it would only be 5-10 minutes late, and I have informed the company one hour beforehand. "

"We explicitly asked for a car that could take 6 people, 4 large luggages and 2 cabin sized luggage. However, the car that arrived could only take 4 people and the 4 luggages, 2 people took the train. Whilst we appreciated the taxi drivers attempt to squeeze everyone in, this would not have been comfortable nor legal nor safe. My preference would have either been a car that could fit us or be given notice to say that there were no taxis available to take us. The service requested was also a meet and greet but the taxi driver called and asked us to meet at the express drop off zone. I'm unlikely to use this service again and will not recommend it. "
